On the 4th of October a football match to qualify to the group stage of UEFA Cup took place between "Metallist" Kharkov and FС "Everton" from Liverpool/England. The football team from Liverpool had chosen the Cosmopolit Hotel as a place to stay in Kharkov/Ukraine.
